HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

We process orders Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

It normally takes 1-2 days for us to process an order unless ordered late Friday's and Weekends.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We use Despatch Bay fulfillment which means orders are packed and sent to a central warehouse which takes 1 additional day, before being sent out Royal Mail 48 Hours. Most orders are packed & received with 4-5 days, but may take up to 7 days depending on timing & volume.

Orders which relate to larger items between 3KG to 30KGs are sent via Parcelforce 24 Hours and are received quicker. Exclusions for the Channel Islands, Parts of Scotland, Outer Islands & Northern Ireland exist
