ExcelLoader Privacy Policy

ExcelLoader is a private software application operated by Hemisphere Gifts for the purpose of managing our own eBay seller account and e-commerce operations.

Use of eBay Data

ExcelLoader connects to eBay using eBay's authorised APIs. The application may access information relating to our own eBay seller account, including account settings, selling policies, inventory, listings, orders, fulfilment information, financial information and performance data where authorised.

ExcelLoader is an internal business tool and is not offered for use by third-party eBay sellers or eBay members.

Data Storage

Information obtained through the eBay APIs may be stored within our internal business systems where required for inventory management, listing management, reporting and e-commerce administration.

We do not sell eBay user data or provide eBay account information obtained through ExcelLoader to third parties for marketing purposes.

Authentication and Security

Access to eBay is provided using eBay's OAuth authentication system. ExcelLoader does not receive or store the user's eBay password.

OAuth credentials and other authentication information are used only to enable authorised communication between our internal systems and eBay.

Third-Party Services

eBay's own collection and processing of information is governed by eBay's applicable privacy policies and terms.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the functionality of ExcelLoader or its use of eBay APIs changes.
